Food is delivered daily, hot and ready to serve.
We cook the food fresh that day from local and responsibly sourced produce.
The food is then transported to you in thermal insulated hot boxes which we can leave with you until you are ready to
serve.
We run our menus on a three weekly cycle taking into account seasonality.
Orders are placed at the end of each week with daily numbers for the following week.
All dietary needs are carefully catered for.
